01 #MultilingualFromDayOne
Built multilingual, not translated
Right-to-left layouts, more than one calendar system and a week that starts on the day you choose have been in the product's foundation from day one — not bolted on later.
About us
We built Taskie because teamwork is harder than it should be. One tool for tasks, another for docs, another for chat — and the context of the work gets lost somewhere in between. Teams that work in a right-to-left language, on another calendar or on a different working week carry an extra layer of friction on top: interfaces that only flow left to right, dates in a calendar they don't use and weeks that start on the wrong day.
We believe a work tool shouldn't be part of the problem. So instead of bolting translations onto an existing product, we built a workspace from the ground up where left-to-right and right-to-left are both first-class, and where every person picks their own language, calendar system, date format and the day their week starts.
Today AI has changed the equation again. An assistant that only generates text doesn't help; what helps is one that knows the context of your projects, works in your team's language and can genuinely move the work forward — and asks your permission before every change. That's what we're building at Taskie.
Our mission is clear: take the busywork out of your team's work, so time and energy go to what really matters.
Our motto
01 #MultilingualFromDayOne
Right-to-left layouts, more than one calendar system and a week that starts on the day you choose have been in the product's foundation from day one — not bolted on later.
02 #DetailsMatter
The right spacing, the right digits, the right date. A work tool's quality is made of the small things you see hundreds of times a day.
03 #AllInOnePlace
Tasks, docs, forms, files, chat and reports belong together. Every time you switch between two tools, context gets lost.
04 #YourDataIsYours
Fine-grained permissions and a full export whenever you like. Locking customers in by holding their data hostage is not our business model.
05 #Honestly
Every AI capability page says what it doesn't do. Trust isn't built with big promises; it's built by telling the truth.
06 #WeListen
Our roadmap and changelog are public. What we build comes from the real work of teams who use Taskie every day.
Things that won't change, however big the product gets.
