Acceptance of the terms
- By creating a user account, signing in or using any part of the Taskie service, you accept these terms.
- If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the service.
- These terms may be updated; continued use after changes have been announced constitutes acceptance of the new version.
- These terms are concluded between you (the user or organization) and Taskie.

User account
- You are responsible for keeping your password and user account secure.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information; accounts created with false information may be suspended.
- Use of one account by several people (account sharing) is not permitted.
- If you notice any unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.
- Each workspace is a separate billing unit.

Acceptable use
- Use Taskie for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
- Refrain from using it for content that is illegal, offensive, deceptive or harmful to others.
- Attempting to breach, disrupt or damage the service’s infrastructure is prohibited.
- Using bots and automated tools to extract data without authorization is not permitted.
- Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others must not be uploaded to a workspace.

Data ownership
- All content you create (tasks, documents, files) belongs to you or your organization.
- By using the service, you grant Taskie a limited license to host, process and present this content.
- We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models except with explicit consent.
- If you cancel your subscription, you have 30 days to export your data.

Subscription and payment
- The free plan, with specified limits, is permanently available.
- Paid subscriptions renew periodically unless cancelled before the end of the period.
- Prices may change; price changes take effect with 30 days’ prior notice.
- Refunds are reviewed case by case under a separate refund policy.
- Discount codes are valid only during their announced validity period.

Intellectual property
- Taskie’s trade name, logo, user interface design and code belong to Taskie.
- Use of Taskie’s name or marks without written permission is not permitted.
- Reproducing, selling or distributing the service or its components without permission is prohibited.
- Our educational content, documentation and articles are published under a Creative Commons license.

Limitation of liability
- The service is provided “as is”; we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- Taskie is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profits or data.
- In any event, our maximum liability is equal to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
- You are responsible for backing up your critical data.

Termination and suspension
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
- Taskie has the right to suspend an account without prior notice if these terms are breached.
- After termination, your data is kept for up to 30 days and then deleted.
- Amounts paid for unused periods are refundable in certain circumstances.

Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Taskie is established.
- Any dispute shall first be resolved through direct discussion.
- If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
