Information we collect
- When you sign up: your name, email address, encrypted password and optional profile information.
- When you use the service: the content you create in the workspace (tasks, documents, mind maps, files), and your settings and personal preferences.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system and access logs, used to diagnose problems and improve security.
- Payment information: financial data is processed through a reputable payment gateway and is not stored directly on our servers.

- Providing, maintaining and continuously improving the Taskie service.
- Verifying your identity and keeping your user account secure.
- Sending service notifications, important updates and team messages.
- Responding to support requests and fixing technical problems.
- Anonymous analysis of usage patterns to improve the user experience.
- Complying with legal requirements and resolving disputes where necessary.

Sharing information
- We do not sell or rent your personal information, or share it for marketing purposes.
- Limited sharing with infrastructure service providers (hosting, email, payments) who are bound by confidentiality.
- Where required by law or ordered by a competent judicial authority.
- In the event of a merger or a transfer of ownership of the business, with prior notice to users.

Data storage and security
- Your information is stored on secure servers managed by Taskie.
- Data is encrypted both in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest.
- Fine-grained access control: each team member has access only to the information they are authorized to see.
- Regular backups to prevent data loss.
- After an account is deleted, its data is purged within a reasonable period in accordance with the data retention policy.

Your rights
- Access: you can view the information stored about you.
- Correction: you can update inaccurate or incomplete information from your account settings.
- Deletion: you can ask the support team to delete your account and the related data.
- Portability: you can receive an export of your data in a readable format.
- Objection: you can object to optional processing of your data (such as analytics).

Users under the legal age
- The Taskie service is designed for people over 18 years of age.
- We do not knowingly collect information from users under 18 years of age.
- If we become aware that children’s information has been collected unintentionally, we will delete that information.

Changes to the policy
- We will announce any significant change to this policy by email or in-app notification.
- Continued use of the service after notice has been given constitutes acceptance of the changes.
- Previous versions of this document are available on request.
