Highlights
12 items
  1. Projects are copied in the background, and you're notified when the result is ready.

For large projects, you no longer wait for every part to be copied on the spot; the copy runs in the background and you get the result when the project is ready.

  2. Subtask depth is now configurable, so task structure fits how your team works.

Teams can decide how many levels of subtasks they need; this keeps the structure from getting overly complex without limiting large projects.

  3. The Inbox and My tasks views are smoother, so you find your own work faster.

Personal lists work better for finding new, assigned, or follow-up work, and reviewing your tasks each day feels lighter.

  4. When a member accepts an invitation, the person who invited them is notified.

Whoever sent the invitation no longer has to guess whether it was accepted; they're notified as soon as it is.

  5. Member invitations respect workspace capacity better, and limit messages are clearer.

If the workspace is close to its member limit, the invite flow behaves more understandably, and messages explain more clearly why an upgrade or capacity change is needed.

  6. Deleting work statuses is more stable, and tasks move to a suitable status without confusion.

When a work status is deleted, its tasks move to a replacement status more safely, so the project flow doesn't fall into disarray.

  7. Board column order is kept more accurately in right-to-left layouts.

On right-to-left boards, column order and moves are more reliable, so the status layout stays the way the team expects.

  8. Bulk actions on subtasks in task details are easier to reach and more stable.

Manage subtasks more easily from inside the task details, and run actions on several at once with fewer errors.

  9. The one-time code sign-in success message is clearer.

After signing in with a one-time code, the result message is clearer, so users know the sign-in worked and what to do next.

  10. Menus, dialogs, and scrolling are more stable on mobile and in the Android app.

On-screen dialogs and menus behave better on mobile, especially when layers open and close, when going back with the Back button, and during long scrolls.

  11. The project activity summary is shorter and easier to read.

Project event text is more compact and readable, so reviewing recent changes takes less time.

  12. Plan upgrade messages are clearer when you hit a limit.

When a feature or capacity needs a higher plan, the upgrade message explains the limit and how to proceed more simply.
