Highlights
14 items
  1. Taskie's public API is here.

Access your workspace data officially and in a controlled way through secure sign-in, and connect Taskie to your other tools and services.

  2. Mobile app infrastructure with offline work and sync.

The mobile app can keep working without internet; changes wait in a queue and sync automatically once you reconnect, so nothing is lost.

  3. API documentation for developers is published.

A complete, standards-based guide to the services is available at /api-docs, making it easier to connect apps to Taskie.

  4. The whiteboard was rebuilt from the ground up.

Working on the canvas is smoother, real-time collaboration with several people works better, changes save more reliably, and AI help for creating and organizing ideas has been added.

  5. Mermaid diagrams with AI generation come to documents.

Build diagrams and flowcharts inside documents by writing simple text or with AI help, and they render correctly in document exports too.

  6. Embed whiteboards and mind maps in project documents.

Place canvases and mind maps directly on document pages so everything is in one place, side by side.

  7. The document center is tidier and easier to navigate.

The tree sidebar and grouped menus were redesigned, so finding and working with folders and pages is faster.

  8. Dashboards get a unified widget engine and a custom dashboard builder.

Build and arrange your own dashboard from ready-made and analytics widgets to see the most important work and team information in one place.

  9. Creating and managing projects is smoother.

A step-by-step project creation wizard, a project overview page, a quick project switcher, and a redesigned tab bar make working with projects simpler and clearer.

  10. A saved prompts gallery comes to the AI assistant.

Save the prompts you use most and reuse them from a ready gallery, so you don't have to write them from scratch every time.

  11. The AI assistant is smoother and more responsive.

Voice replies, drag-and-drop files in chat, answers grounded in the Taskie help center, and smooth handoff of questions to the assistant were added or improved.

  12. A bigger task cover gallery and cleaner task links.

You have more covers to choose from for tasks, and each task page's URL is shorter and easier to read.

  13. The app's infrastructure was updated.

The app's core was upgraded to a newer version, improving Taskie's stability, speed, and security for future updates.

  14. Several bug fixes and small improvements.

These include a fix for the date picker on public forms and hiding the assistant on those forms, opening a task card from its title in a table, and better "My day" reminders.
