Highlights
16 items
  1. The "App Center" for connecting external services.

Connect the services you need to Taskie in a few clicks from one shared place, and manage your active connections.

  2. Integrations with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Dropbox, Figma, Slack, Zapier, and iCal.

Bring emails, events, files, and designs from popular services into Taskie, and keep work in sync with your team and your other tools.

  3. The Git integration got smarter.

Reference a task in a commit message and change its status with simple commands, keeping development and task tracking in sync.

  4. Secure connections from the AI assistant to external tools.

The assistant can draw on compatible external servers and tools through secure sign-in and least-privilege access, and workspace admins oversee these connections.

  5. The AI assistant is more capable.

Added turning messages and notes into tasks, creating subtasks, task cards in chat, "/" commands, @ and # mentions, and dedicated memory for each project.

  6. Control and undo for assistant changes.

The assistant asks for your approval before sensitive or bulk actions, you preview the list of changes, and you can undo them.

  7. An "Improve text with AI" tool.

Make text smoother, tidier, and more professional in one click, so writing task descriptions, comments, or documents goes faster.

  8. The command palette was redesigned.

Search the whole workspace from a single box, and in command mode run actions directly without taking your hands off the keyboard.

  9. "My day" gets better with picking today's tasks.

Each day, choose the tasks you want to focus on so your list for the day stays short and manageable.

  10. Draft autosave for tasks and comments.

Your unfinished text is saved automatically, and if the page closes you can recover it and carry on.

  11. Status workflows by task type.

Each task type can have its own statuses and progression path, so statuses match how your team actually works.

  12. Managing saved filters is simpler.

You can delete filters you no longer need, and saving a filter is clearer too.

  13. Time tracking with a time-tracking integration.

Log time spent on each task directly; the time tracking section stays hidden until a time-tracking integration is connected, so the page doesn't get cluttered.

  14. The mobile experience was redesigned and is smoother.

The floating bottom navigation, bottom sheets, kanban board, and quick add work better and feel more natural on mobile.

  15. File security and safety were strengthened.

Uploaded files are scanned for malware and suspicious ones are quarantined, and the assistant's sensitive actions are more secure.

  16. Several bug fixes and small improvements.

These include better PDF exports for tasks and documents with a font fix, showing assigned tasks in "My tasks" for shared projects, and a fix for how approved items appear on invoices.
