Release notes
Version 2.8.0 shares folders across the whole workspace and smooths day-to-day work with the calendar, Gantt chart, sidebar, and project statuses.
Any member can create projects in workspace folders and move projects around; renaming and deleting a folder stays with its creator and admins.
Move a folder inside another folder, or bring it back to the top level.
Move items between folders; holding over a collapsed folder opens it.
The task follows your cursor, target days are highlighted, and you can undo a move.
Clicking a task opens the detail window again, too.
Each parent task expands to show its subtasks in nested rows; those rows can also be moved and resized.
Every task in the range is shown, and clicking one opens its detail window.
Choose whether a project follows the workspace status list or keeps a list of its own; before you apply the change, you see how tasks will be moved.
From the toolbar menu, choose whether copied content lands as a sibling or under the selected node.
In direct messages you get a reply without a slash command; in channels, the bot replies only when it's mentioned.
If no message is added for three days, the ticket is closed and you're notified; open a new ticket if you need to.
Alongside quick add, you can open your workspace in the same app.
Column order, Tab navigation, and column resizing now follow the direction of right-to-left text.
The people list also appears when a task is opened from search or notifications, and mentions in a task description send a notification.
After deleting a project, you can create a new one with the same name.
Instead of a "Not supported" message, you see the steps for adding Taskie to your Home Screen.
