Highlights
12 items
  1. The AI assistant was redesigned with "Ask" and "Plan" modes and conversation memory.

"Ask" mode only answers and doesn't change anything; "Plan" mode first proposes a plan and carries it out after you approve; and the assistant remembers what you're working on throughout the conversation, so it doesn't ask again.

  2. Assistant avatars replace emoji across the app.

Each assistant appears with its own avatar in chat, history, schedules, and lists, making assistants easier to tell apart and the app more consistent.

  3. An avatar gallery for assistants.

Pick one of the ready-made avatars from the gallery for your assistants to give them a distinct look without uploading an image.

  4. Ready-made profile avatars.

In profile settings, you can pick a ready-made avatar from the shared library instead of uploading a photo.

  5. @, #, and / shortcuts come to "Quick add task".

While typing a task title, use @ to set the assignee, # to add a label or reference, and / to open the command menu (due date, reminder, priority, task type, move to project, and more).

  6. A document tree comes to the document center.

Document folders and pages appear in a tree sidebar, making documents easier to navigate and find.

  7. Smarter suspicious sign-in detection, plus verification with an email one-time code.

Normal sign-ins are flagged as suspicious by mistake less often, and for truly suspicious ones a one-time code is sent to your email before you can sign in, keeping your account safe.

  8. Plan change credit, plan renewal, and automatic expiry come to subscriptions.

When you change plans, the unused value of your current plan is calculated as credit and deducted; you can buy your current plan again to extend the period; and expired paid plans automatically switch to the free plan.

  9. Taskie emails were redesigned and look more professional.

Every email template was rebuilt with the logo, brand colors, and a cleaner design, and raw code no longer shows up in comment text and messages inside emails.

  10. In-app toasts are now consistent and moved to the bottom-left corner.

All in-app toast messages now share the same look and always appear in the bottom-left corner of the screen.

  11. The documents sidebar, project resources, and file management now match.

The document center, project resources (forms, mind maps, and whiteboards), and file management now share one tree sidebar with the same look and behavior.

  12. Several small improvements and bug fixes.

These include keeping the reminder date picker open while you pick a day, and fixing where you land after deleting project views.
