Invite friends (referral program)

The referral program lets you introduce Taskie to your colleagues and friends and get a subscription gift in return. Every user has a personal link; whenever someone signs up with that link, both of you get a gift.

Get your referral link

1. Go to account settings or the subscription section and open the invite friends page.
2. Copy your personal link.
3. Share the link with colleagues and friends or on social media.
4. On the same page, you can see how many people have signed up with your link and which gifts you've received.

What gift do you get?

• Sign-up gift: as soon as someone signs up with your link, both of you get 7 days of access to Business Plus features.
• Purchase gift: if the invited person buys a package within their first 30 days, you get the equivalent of that same package too.
• Monthly limit: at most four rewarded invitations are counted in each calendar month. Additional invitations are recorded but don't earn a reward that month.

Gifts never shorten, replace or cancel your current subscription. If a gift is for a higher plan than yours, you have the higher plan's features during the gift period, and when it ends, your main subscription continues untouched.

When does a gift become active?

The sign-up gift is applied as soon as the invited person's account is created, and the purchase gift after their payment is confirmed. Both sides get a notification, and the gift details can be seen in that notification and on the invite friends page. Gifts are time-limited and end automatically at the end of their period; there's nothing extra you need to do.

Conditions and important notes

• The referral link must be opened before signing up. If the person already has an account, the referral isn't recorded.
• Accounts created through organizational paths, such as single sign-on or automatic user provisioning, aren't eligible for the program.
• Suspicious sign-ups are flagged for review; in that case, the gift is applied after the support team reviews it.
• Gifts belong to your workspace and can't be cashed out or transferred to another account.
• Discount codes and purchase vouchers don't affect the gift calculation; the gift's value is based on the package's official price.

Tracking your invitations

The invite friends page shows the list of people who signed up with your link, the status of each invitation and the gifts you've received. If you're expecting a gift and it isn't in the list, first check that the sign-up was made through your link, then follow up with a support ticket.
