What's new in 2.11.2

Version 2.11.2 is a maintenance release with several small but useful improvements. The AI assistant is now available from the sidebar, filing a support ticket comes down to writing one message, and parts of the dashboard, settings and subscription pages are smoother and more accurate. The technical changes in this release don't affect your day-to-day work.

AI in the sidebar

The Taskie AI assistant, previously tucked away under More, now sits among the main sidebar items as AI, with its own icon. The chat page has also been rearranged: until you send your first message, the introduction and the message box are shown in the middle of the page, and the conversation list is available at the side.

File a ticket with one message

To file a support ticket, you no longer need to set the title, category and priority yourself. Just write your message; Taskie works out a suitable title, category and priority from it.

• Ticket messages support formatting: bold, italic, links and lists.
• A formatting toolbar is available above every ticket message box.
• Until the title is set automatically, part of your message is shown as a temporary title.

See who's online

You can see which workspace members are currently active in Taskie at the bottom of the sidebar and in the mobile menu. This is off by default, and you can turn it on in your user settings.

Subscription and plans

• The workspace's monthly SMS quota, how much has been used and its renewal date are shown on the subscription page.
• The plan comparison table on the pricing page and in the plan picker now come from one shared list; new features are marked with a New badge, and each row links to its help article.
• Active discounts and campaigns are applied automatically on the pricing page and at checkout.

Fixes and small improvements

• The Number of items setting in dashboard breakdown widgets now takes effect, and the remaining items are grouped into an Other row.
• The notification settings page has been redesigned with a fixed table and a description for each option, and its horizontal scrolling is gone.
• The profile picture size limit is shown before you upload, and the image is compressed automatically.
• Personal inboxes no longer appear in the workspace's project list.
• Creating a new team in workspace settings now happens in a dialog, and deleting a team asks for confirmation first.
• The workspace holiday list is now paginated.
• Accounts with corrupted two-factor authentication settings are taken to the setup flow again instead of seeing an error.

Note: Some features, such as the SMS quota, depend on your workspace plan. If you don't see an option, ask your workspace admin to check the plan and the related permission.

If you don't see the changes

Refresh the page once so the new version loads. If you still have a problem, contact your workspace admin or Taskie support.
